Tamizha Apps ("we", "our", "us") built the Palm Reader AI — Hand Scanner & Palmistry app ("the App") as a free, ad-supported application. This page informs visitors regarding our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information for anyone who uses our App.
Information Collection and Use
The App is designed with your privacy as a priority. All palm analysis and processing occurs entirely on your device. We do NOT collect, store, or transmit your palm images or reading results to any server.
Information stored locally on your device includes:
• Profile information (name, gender, date of birth) — stored locally using Hive database
• Palm reading results and history — stored locally on your device
• App preferences and settings — stored locally on your device
• Palm images used for scanning — stored temporarily and only on your device
Camera Permission
The App requests camera permission solely for the purpose of capturing palm images for palmistry analysis. Photos taken within the App are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded to any external server. You may revoke camera permission at any time through your device settings.
Storage Permission
The App may request storage permission to save wallpapers to your device gallery and to access photos from your gallery for palm scanning. This permission is optional and the App's core features work without it.
Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google AdMob may collect and use certain data for advertising purposes, including device identifiers, IP address, and usage data. This data collection is governed by Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
We use the following ad formats: banner ads, interstitial ads, native ads, and app open ads. You may opt out of personalized advertising through your device's advertising settings.
Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services that may collect information:
• Google AdMob — for advertising
• Google ML Kit — for on-device image analysis (processed entirely on device, no data sent to Google)
Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App is designed for general audiences and is rated for ages 3+.
Data Deletion
You can delete all your data at any time through the App's Settings screen using the "Clear All Data" option. This permanently removes all locally stored profiles, reading history, and preferences from your device.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App.
