5 Data Storage & Security
All your creative content — including typed messages, saved banners, custom templates, selected images, videos, audio files, and app preferences — is stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your phone and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.
- We do not operate any servers that store user data
- Saved banners and templates are stored in your device's local database
- App preferences and settings are stored in your device's local storage (SharedPreferences)
- Exported videos and GIFs are saved to your device's gallery
- If you uninstall the App, all locally stored data is permanently deleted
Any data transmitted to third-party services (such as ad requests to Google AdMob) is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols (TLS/SSL).
6 Children's Privacy
LED Scroller - LED Banner is rated for all ages (Everyone) on the Google Play Store. We take children's privacy very seriously.
- We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction)
- The App does not require account creation, login, or any personal information to function
- All app content is created and stored locally on the device
- Advertisements displayed comply with Google AdMob's policies regarding child-directed content

7 App Permissions Explained
Our App requests only the permissions necessary for its core features to function. Here is a transparent explanation of each permission:

8 Your Rights & Choices
You have full control over your data and experience with our App:
- Delete all saved data: Go to Settings → Data → Clear All Saved Banners within the App to permanently delete all your saved banners and templates
- Reset preferences: Go to Settings → Data → Reset to Default Settings to restore all app preferences to their original state
- Opt out of personalized ads: Go to your device's Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
- Reset Advertising ID: Go to your device's Settings → Google → Ads → Reset Advertising ID
- Disable notifications: Turn off reminders within the App's Settings or through your device's notification settings
- Uninstall: Uninstalling the App permanently removes all locally stored data including saved banners, templates, and preferences
9 Data Retention
Since all user-created content is stored locally on your device, we have no ability to retain or access your data. Specifically:
- Locally stored data (banners, templates, settings) persists until you delete it or uninstall the App
- Third-party services (Google AdMob) may retain anonymous, aggregated data according to their own retention policies
- We do not maintain any user databases, accounts, or cloud storage
10 International Users
LED Scroller - LED Banner is available worldwide. If you are accessing the App from the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other regions with specific data protection laws:
- Advertisements are served in compliance with Google AdMob's consent framework (including GDPR-compliant consent mechanisms managed by Google)
